The following weapons were used in the film The Girl Who Played with Fire (2009):
Makarov PM
Evert Gullberg (Hans Alfredson) takes this weapon to the hospital and uses it to kill Alexander Zalachenko before comiting suicide after failing to kill Lisbeth Salander (Noomi Rapace)
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A guard outside the courthouse caries an MP5A2 fitted with an Aimpoint site and Surefire forend.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Some police guarding the courthouse carry Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns fited with Aimpoint sights and Surefire forends. A SÄPO raid team are seen using them as well when they raid the Zalachenko Club's headquarters.
Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion

Unknown automatic pistol
Swedish police, notably Monica Figuerola (Mirja Turestedt), carry an unidentified pistol that resembs a SIG. Ronald Niedermann (Micke Spreitz) aquires one after killing a police oficer.
Unknown pump-action shotgun
When members of the Svavelsjo Motorcylce Club go to kill Niedermann, one of them carries a shotgun with a top-folding stock, probaly either a Franchi SPAS-12 or a Remington Model 870
Unknown assault rifle
When members of the Svavelsjo Motorcylce Club go to kill Niedermann, several of them carry an unidentified assault rifle.
