The owner of Looney Liquors (Eli Wallach) shows an Ithaca 37 with the stock sawed off to Trooper Sean Devine (Kevin Bacon) and Sergeant Whitey Powers (Laurence Fishburne) when describing a robbery.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
In the film the revolver is called a ".38 Smith" by the police investigators is a Smith & Wesson Model 10. It is used by "Just Ray" Harris in the robbery of Looney Liquors and used by his mute son, "Silent Ray" (Spencer Treat Clark) and his friend John O'Shea (Andrew Mackin).
SIG-Sauer P226
Being the standard weapon of the Massachusetts State Police, Sean Devine (Kevin Bacon) carries a SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm in the film. He begins to unholster it when he and Sergeant Powers (Laurence Fishburne) burst into the Harris home and are confronted by John O'Shea (Andrew Mackin) holding a Colt Official Police.

Flintlock Rifles
