The following guns were used in the movie The Punisher (2004 version remake):
DAO-12 "Street Sweeper"
The DAO-12 "Street Sweeper" is used by the assassin named Harry Heck (Mark Collie), as he pursues Frank Castle after the diner scene.
Colt 1911A1 pistols (modified)
The two trusty sidekicks of Frank Castle (Thomas Jane). Both of the pistols are heavily modified Colt 1911A1 .45's equipped with a compensator, extended safeties and a slide stop, beveled magazine well, and adjustable sights. The weapons can be seen throughout the movie. Frank Castle Sr. (Roy Scheider) mentions that he bored the chambers, customized the triggers and added the compensators

M4A1 Carbine + M203 Grenade Launcher
These weapons appear in the final scenes in which Frank Castle directly attacks Howard Saint (John Travolta). The particular M4A1 carbine that Frank Castle uses is modified with a flat-top upper receiver with a standard Picatinny-rail mount for accessories, an M203 grenade launcher and finally with an Aimpoint M68 Close Combat Optic. The gun also appears in some of the earlier scenes, but without any of the rail or optical modifications. Frank apparently picks this one up from his private weapons stash as he returns.
Mossberg 590 "Compact Cruiser"
This shotgun is featured in the scene in which Frank Castle enters the Saint Building to sabotage Saint's money laundering operations.
Savage/Stevens 311A
Frank "The Punisher" Castle first fires this double-barreled shotgun when the beach house is stormed by Saint's men. As he leaves the place, he clearly wraps up the 311A into a rug. Upon returning back to Tampa, Frank is seen handling and firing a considerably shortened, sawed-off Savage/Stevens 311A.
Smith & Wesson 686
This gun is first installed into a curious "launcher" under the table by Frank inside his apartment. The gun is rendered inoperable by the hit-man known as "The Russian" later on in the movie when Frank and The Russian engage in a duel inside Frank's apartment.
Harry Heck's revolver
In addition to the Armsel Striker combat shotgun, Harry Heck is also seen carrying a revolver. The revolver only appears briefly in the scene in which Harry Heck almost manages to kill Frank Castle. After killing Heck, though, Frank picks up Heck's revolver and leaves the scene.
Mossberg 500 shotgun
This weapon is only seen in the beach house massacre-scene. It is used by one of Saint's men until he is shot. Frank Castle picks it up and continues the fight, but runs out of ammunition when he confronts the leaders of the massacre. The weapon is a considerably shortened and sawed-off model.
M18A1 Claymore mine
Frank "The Punisher" Castle uses Claymore mines to blow up a boat of the Cuban drug runners.
Additional weapons
Saint's men in the beach house massacre-scene can be seen with Tec-DC9's, Mini-Uzi's and Beretta M92F's. The FBI agents arresting Howard Saint's first son at the beginning are equipped with MP5A3's and one of the arresting officers has a Glock 17 pistol. Additionally, Howard Saint's son at the beginning can be seen carrying a chromed Walther PPK.
