M*A*S*H was a television comedy series that was an adaptation of the 1970 film of the same name. The series focused on the antics of the medical staff of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital during the Korean War.
The following weapons were used in the series M*A*S*H:
Colt M1911A1
The Colt M1911A1 is used by several officers and doctors of the 4077th including Col. Sherman T. Potter (Harry Morgan). "Hawkeye" Pierce (Alan Alda) is shown detesting having to carry and use the handgun, but does fire one into the air to scare off some Chinese forces.
M1 Garand
The M1 Garand is carried by American forces throughout the series.
