The Following weapons appear in the video game Prototype
M4A1 Carbine
M4A1 rifle is the basic weapon of the marines and the Blackwatch soldiers. It's called Assault rifle in game.
M16A4
M16A4 is seen in a most of a cut scenes used by Blackwatch soldier but never seen in a actual game.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Seen in a cut scene when Alex let loose Blacklight virus in Pen Station.
FN M249 SAW
Called the machine gun in-game, the M249 provides fast and a vast amount of firepower, if being incorectly slightly weaker than the assault rifle. Though it has slightly less power, it can hold MANY more bullets, making it a better choice for longer term use.
M32 MGL

FGM-148 Javelin
The FGM-148 Javelin Missile Launcher is much more powerful than the grenade launcher, and fires guided missiles as opposed to dumb-fire projectiles, but has much less ammo to compensate.
