The Last Escape is a 1970 WWII thriller that focuses on an Allied mission to extract a German scientist from behind enemy lines. The film was also released under the title O.S.S..
The following weapons were used in the film The Last Escape:
MP40
The OSS Agents including Lee Mitchell (Stuart Whitman) as well as German forces are mainly seen using the MP40 throughout the movie.
MG42
Two MG42 machine guns are seen in a bunker and watchtower when the agents encounter a German roadblock.
Panzerschreck
A Panzerschreck anti-tank launcher is used by a German Soldier against oncoming Soviet armor.
Lewis Gun
What appears to be a Lewis Gun is seen mounted on a Soviet tank (possibly meant as a substitute for a Degtyarev MG).
Walther PP
A Walther PP is used to threaten a woman.
MG 151 Drilling
An MG151 Drilling Heavy Machine Gun is seen used by the Germans at the Rocket Base. This appears to be footage taken from the 1964 film 633 Squadron (which was also directed by The Last Escape's director Walter Grauman).
20mm Flak 38 AA Gun
A 20mm Flak 38 AA Gun also is used by the Germans at the Rocket Base. Also footage taken from 633 Squadron.
