The Adventures of Ford Fairlane is a 1990 action comedy featuring the exploits of a Los Angeles private detective who handles cases in the music industry. The film was directed by Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2) and was produced by Joel Silver (Lethal Weapon).

The Smith & Wesson Model 38 "Bodyguard" with pearl grips is the main sidearm of Ford Fairlane (Andrew Dice Clay). He keeps it concealed in a forearm rig up his sleeve a la Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver, but it fails to deploy properly on occasion.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used by a thug of Julian Grendel (Wayne Newton). Also carried by a security guard at the radio station of shock jock Johnny Crunch (Gilbert Gottfried).
M1911A1
A chrome M1911A1 with pearl grips is used by Smiley (Robert Englund) as he confronts Ford at his burnt out home.
Heckler & Koch P7M13
A Heckler & Koch P7M13 is used by Julian Grendel (Wayne Newton) to shoot Colleen Sutton (Priscilla Presley).

The Heckler & Koch MP5K is used by a thug of Julian Grendel (Wayne Newton).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is used by Smiley (Robert Englund) as he's being chased by Ford in the cemetery.

Ford Fairlane (Andrew Dice Clay) finds a rack of shotguns on the boat of Johnny Crunch (Gilbert Gottfried), one of which is a Remington 870. He fires them while they are still on the rack.
