Inception is a 2010 science fiction thriller from director Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight) and starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a man specializing in stealing secrets locked away in people's dreams. All screencaps come from the official clips and trailers.
The following weapons were used in the film Inception:
Pistols
Beretta Px4 Storm
Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) carries throughout the film a Beretta Px4 Storm with a threaded barrel, chambered in .45 ACP. He's also seen using it with a suppressor.
SIG-Sauer P232
A SIG-Sauer P232 is used by Mal (Marion Cotillard) to injure Arthur in the intro.
Walther PPK
Saito (Ken Watanabe) is seen with a Walther PPK in the second part of the opening scene.
Beretta 92FS
At least one of the men chasing Cobb had a Beretta 92FS. Also seen in Arthur's dream (hotel).
Beretta 92SB
A Beretta 92SB is picked up by Robert Fischer Jr. (Cillian Murphy) in the second level (hotel).
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used by Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) in the first and second dream levels. An attacker chasing Cobb's team on a highway bridge is also seen firing a Glock.
H&K Pistol
Eames (Tom Hardy) carries H&K USP Compact on the first level. It is seen quite clearly in a close up, at the warehouse.
Browning BDM
What looks like a Browning BDM is used by Saito on the first level (city streets).
Vektor CP1
A Black Vektor CP1 is used by Saito on the third level (snow).
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Fischer in the third level (snowy mountain).
Smith & Wesson Model 19
One of the men on the motorcycles that chases Cobb's team is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 19.
Kahr CW9
Yusaf (Dileep Rao) uses a Kahr CW9 while on the bridge.

One of Fischer's subconscious security aboard a motorcycle chasing Cobb's team carries a Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3s in various configurations are used by Fischer's subconcious private security, particularly in the winter scene.
Rifles
C1A1
A Japanese security guard (Tohoru Masamune) in the intro carries a C1A1 rifle (the Canadian L1A1) with wooden handguards. The choice of the C1A1 is interesting since the Japanese Guard is not carrying any sort of Japanese rifle.
M4A1 Carbine
Various of Fischer's subconsious private security men or "dream mercenaries" are armed with M4A1 carbines.
FN SCAR-L
The FN SCAR-L with an ACOG scope is used by Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) to engage some of Fischer's dream snipers before he is interrupted by Eames (Tom Hardy).

In the third level (snowy mountain), a guard is briefly seen with a Norinco QBZ-97 rifle.

A Blaser R93 Tactical2 is used by Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) in the winter sequence.
Heckler & Koch G3SG/1
Fischer's dream sniper is seen attacking Cobb's group with a Heckler & Koch G3SG/1. He later folds out the bipod during that scene.
Machine Guns
M240 Machine Gun
A guard aboard a Humvee fires a mounted M240B during the winter scene.
Other
M26 Hand Grenade
Saito uses a M26 hand grenade (painted white) to ward off attackers during the winter scene. The grenade then explodes into flames, which is not possible as frag grenades explode into fragments and only incendiary grenades burst into flames.
Milkor MGL
The Milkor MGL is used by Eames (Tom Hardy) to take out the dream sniper in the first level (city).
Heckler & Koch P2A1
A Heckler & Koch P2A1 Flare Pistol is used by Eames to draw the guards away from the fortress in the third level (snow).
