The following guns were used in the movie In Bruges
Beretta 92SB
After receiving his assignment, Ken (Brendan Gleeson) is given a Beretta 92SB with a suppressor.
- Got any better pix Tex? I have a gut feeling this isn't a 92FS, its appearance is a little off, not to mention the gun he has on the cover is clearly not a 92FS, maybe an SB or a M951. I need a clear shot of the slide and the trigger guard to make a proper I.D. on the gun. If the guard is round it is an 'S' model. If it has an ambi decocking safety, its an SB. Then they made the F with the curved trigger guard, then improved it slightly as the FS, then made it military grade and sold it as the M9. So the FS is the most common model. If you can get a better shot, please do so.
P.S. Never label it simply "Beretta 92", it is far too vague. - GM45
It starts as a Beretta 92SB when Ken first gets it. Later; specifically in the stairwell scene, it becomes an in much better condition 92FS.
- Also, Colin Farrel looks to have a Detective Special on the cover.... any shots good enough in the film?
Colt Detective Special
After disarming his assailant, Eirik (Jérémie Renier), and discovering his revolver has been loaded with blanks, Ray (Colin Farrell) shoots the gun in his eye at very close range.
Unidentified Semi-Automatic Pistol
Ray assassinates a priest, (Ciarán Hinds), with an unidentified pistol, possibly a 1911.
- Some type of S&W auto. Plenty of guys on the site who are better with those than me. They all look the same in my opinion.
Steyr TMP
Harry Waters (Ralph Fiennes) scans Yuri's (Eric Godon) table for an appropriate weapon, and pauses on the Steyr TMP, incorrectly referring to it as an Uzi: "An Uzi? I'm not from South Central Los Angeles. I didn't come here to shoot twenty black ten year olds in a drive-by."
IMI Uzi
Seen on the table when Waters is looking for a gun to use.
M1911A1
After dismissing the Uzi, Harry settles on "a normal gun for a normal person"--a M1911A1
Colt Python
A Colt Python is seen on the table when Yuri picks up the .45.
AKMS
An AKMS style AK rifle with an underfolding stock (most likely a Norinco Type 56-1) is seen on the table when Yuri picks up the .45.
- Ugh, I hate when they put a bunch of guns in one scene. I also see a Mossberg 500 with fullstock/pistol grips, and some type of GL pistol, possibly an H&K AG36 launcher or an HK69A1.
