The following guns were used in the film Hot Fuzz:
Hot Fuzz is a 2007 film that spoofs the buddy cop action genre of film. Police officer Nicholas Angel is sent from London to the small, English countryside town of Sandford because his extreme dedication to being a London officer consistently upstages his colleagues. When he arrives in Sandford he uncovers a plot by a small cabal of residents to rid the town of anything and anyone they find disrupts the peace and harmony they strive for.
Handguns
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A Heckler & Koch USP Compact is taken as evidence by Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) when they search Arthur Webley's (David Bradley) armory.
Heckler & Koch USP Match
A Heckler & Koch USP Match is used by Simon Skinner (Timothy Dalton) during the car chase.
Taurus PT92AFS
Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) uses a Taurus PT92AFS as his main sidearm during his assault on the town, sometimes using it akimbo style along with his Jericho 941 "Baby Eagle". In one of the DVD special features Simon Pegg is shown answering questions at a Q&A. He mistakenly refers to the Taurus as a Beretta. He does however get the Jericho "Baby Eagle" correct.
Jericho 941F - Two Tone
A Two Tone (stainless frame, black slide) Jericho 941F "Baby Eagle" is used by Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) in the supermarket and pub shootouts, akimbo style with his Taurus PT92 AF.
Smith & Wesson Model 629
A revolver is seen in Angel's hip holster, which he never draws but appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 629.
Walther PPK
Amanda Paver (Lorraine Hilton) pulls out a pair of .380 ACP Walther PPKs from her bicycle basket.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Danny Butterman (Nick Frost) uses a Smith & Wesson 5906 as one of his sidearms, sometimes firing it akimbo with a Charter Arms Snub. He is seen using it during the pub shootout and during the car chase to shoot at Simon Skinner's (Timothy Dalton) car. His father, Inspector Frank Butterman (Jim Broadbent) gets a hold of it in the final scene in the mini-village and threatens his son with it. Danny then retains the weapon while Frank runs off - unwilling to shoot his own father, Danny angrily fires the S&W into the air while lying on his back (spoofing a scene from Point Break).
Charter Arms Snub (Unknown)
Danny is seen wielding a snub nose which looks like a Charter Arms Undercover, mainly akimbo style with his Smith & Wesson 5906.
NAA Mini Revolver
Reverend Phillip Shooter (Paul Freeman) uses a pair of NAA Mini-Revolvers mounted on slides in his robes to shoot Angel (Simon Pegg), who is saved by his bullet-proof vest from being fatally wounded.
Inspector Frank Butterman (Jim Broadbent) uses two engraved Colt 1851 Navy revolvers with gold cylinders when he confronts Angel and his officers in the pub. Since Frank seems to be a bit of a Western lover, these guns seem to fit him well.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
Sheree Prosser (Elizabeth Elvin) is seen wielding a Smith & Wesson Model 64, the stainless model of the Smith & Wesson Model 10 during the gun battle in the town square.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Sheree's husband Greg Prosser (Trevor Nichols) uses the blued counterpart of her gun, the Smith & Wesson Model 10.
SIG P226
When Danny and Angel watch Point Break, the infamous scene is shown when Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves) aims his SIG P226 pistol at Patrick Swayze's character and fires his gun empty into the air, a scene which is later replicated by Danny and his father.
Assault Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36K
Early on in the film Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) fires a round from his Heckler & Koch G36K fitted with a standard G36 carry handle, laser pointer and tactical flashlight during an SO-19 operation. This could be a reference to Shaun of the Dead, where the British Army soldiers at the end of the movie all have G36Ks with standard G36 carry handles and three tactical flashlights. Or because in real life, several of the UK's Police Armed Response Units actually use the G36K.
Norinco Type 56-1
During the opening scene Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) fires his G36C into "a crack-head with a Kalashnikov" (Garth Jennings). The type of AK-47 the crack-head was armed with appears to be a Chinese-made, folding stock Norinco Type 56-1 assault rifle.
Rifles
L1A1 SLR
When Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) takes on the town, he brings the British variant of the FN FAL, the L1A1 SLR.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III* SMLE
Sgt. Tony Fisher (Kevin Eldon) uses a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III* bolt-action rifle during the Somerfield supermarket shootout. A number of No.1 Mk III* rifles (along with a couple of Lee-Enfield No.4 rifles) were also found in Arthur Webley's (David Bradley) barn earlier in the film. It is interesting to note that in the director commentary, this rifle is referred to as an M1 Garand by the director.
M14
Annette Roper (Patricia Franklin) tries to snipe Angel with an M14 Rifle fitted with a scope. Luckily for him, she misses every time and is forced to stop when her rule of 1 school student in the shop at a time is broken as Angel herds the children through the door.
Blunderbuss Flintlock
At the end of the film, Tom Weaver (Edward Woodward) uses a Blunderbuss Flintlock scatter shot in an attempt to kill Sgt. Angel before Danny Butterman dives in the way.
Remington Rolling Block
Several Remington Rolling Block rifles are seen in Mr. Webely's barn.
Martini-Henry Rifle
Several Martini-Henry rifles are seen on the racks in Mr. Webley's barn.
Mauser Karabiner 98k
Several Mauser Kar98k rifles were seen among the firearms in Mr. Webley's barn.
Snaphaunce Musket
A mid-to-late nineteenth century era North African 'Altit' or 'Kabyle' type snaphaunce musket (missing its trigger) is seen in Mr. Webley's barn.
Spencer 1860 Carbine
A Spencer 1860 Carbine is seen in Mr. Webley's barn.
Berthier Mle.1892 Carbine
A French-made Berthier Mle.1892 bolt-action artillery carbine can be seen in the evidence room sharing the window sill with an M1 Thompson.
Submachine Guns
Steyr-Solothurn S1-100/MP34 submachine gun
Joyce Cooper (Billie Whitelaw) uses a World War II-vintage Austrian Steyr-Solothurn S1-100 (or better known as the MP34 in WWII German service) submachine gun when Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) starts to take on Sandford. PC Doris Thatcher (Olivia Colman) uses the same S1-100/MP34 for the rest of the film.
M1 Thompson
An M1 Thompson is seen in the evidence room.
Shotguns
Winchester 1300 Defender
Nicholas Angel's (Simon Pegg) partner, Danny Butterman (Nick Frost) uses a Winchester 1300 Defender provided by Angel during the shootout in the town. The Model 1300 Defender in the movie is fitted with a synthetic stock, tactical flashlight in the foregrip, and spare 12 Gauge shell holders. Doctor Robin Hatcher (Stuart Wilson) also uses a Defender which he pulls from the trunk of his car. He fires several shots at Angel when he first enters the town and holds both Angel and Danny at gunpoint before Danny blows his foot off.
Mossberg 500
PC Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) uses a Mossberg 500 shotgun with a muzzle choke and 18" barrel when he assaults the town.
Armscor M30R6
DC Andy Cartwright (Rafe Spall) uses an Armscor M30R6 to aid Angel and his fellow officers during the assault on the Somerfield grocery store. Andy's shotgun is not a Mossberg 500, as previously stated, as it has a cross bolt safety, is marked Squires Bingham, and posesses a lack of a magazine extension.
Stevens 520-30
Mary Porter uses a 28" barrelled Stevens Model 520-30 shotgun in the pub shootout.
Double Barreled Exposed Hammers Shotgun
A Double Barreled Exposed Hammers Shotguns is seen in the hands an old lady who fires it at Angel when he first enters the town, and is subsequently drop-kicked in the face before she can reload. DS Andy Wainright (Paddy Considine) is also seen using this shotgun during the shootout in the Somerfield grocery store.
Double Barreled Hammerless Shotgun
Arthur Webley (David Bradley) is seen armed with a hammerless 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun when Angel and Danny come to inspect his house. Roy Porter (Peter Wight) is also seen using one during the shootout in the pub.
Winchester Model 1887
A Winchester Model 1887 with a large lever loop and sawed-off barrel similar to the one used in Terminator 2: Judgement Day is used by Mr. Treacher (Tim Barlow) when Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) first takes on the town of Sandford. Since Winchesters aren't made anymore and are harder to find, this is likely a replica model such as a Chinese Norinco YL1887L shotgun, sawed-off "T2" style (though it seems that the stock is not sawed-off and is hidden by his coat to give the appearence of being sawed-off)
Explosives
Model 24 Stielhandgranate
Seen in one of the boxes Danny carries to the evidence room is a Model 24 Stielhandgranate.
Mk. 2 hand grenade
Seen in one of the boxes Angel carries to the evidence room is a Mk. 2 hand grenade.
Sea Mine
The most unique item in Mr. Webley's barn is an old Sea Mine, which is said to be deactivated but Tom Weaver is unlucky enough to prove otherwise when Angel kicks him into it and it blows up the entire police station, killing only him though.
Other
Air Rifle (bsa cadet)
While on duty during the town's festival, Danny begs Angel to try out at the Rifle Range. Angel picks up an Air Rifle most likely a B2 Deluxe Air Rifle with Monte Carlo Stock and takes out all six man targets in about two seconds. Anyone who has ever uses one of these air rifles should know that they are single shots that takes at least 5 seconds to break open and cock the spring and load it. Angel must be an uber-shooter in order to accomplish such an impossible task.
Beretta 92SB (stage prop)
Eve Draper (Lucy Punch) uses a stainless steel Beretta 92SB stage prop to "kill" herself when playing Juliet Capulet in the horrendous "Romeo + Juliet" play that was based off Baz Luhrmann's 1996 film of the same name.
