The Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk III* is used by Australian soldiers in New Guinea, including Stan Davidson (Alan David Lee), Mick Murphy (Dennis Miller) and Nobby (Alex Broun). Most of the guards at the Cowra POW camp use it as well.

The Owen Submachine Gun is used by Stan Davidson (Alan David Lee) and Sergeant Best (Tony Barry) in New Guinea. Several guards at the Cowra POW camp use it as well.

Sally Murphy (Tracy Mann) can be seen with a Charles Parker 1878 Side by Side Shotgun after the Japanese POW breakout. A Farmer (Bill Brady) tries to capture Junji Hayashi (Junichi Ishida) and Komatsu (Kazuhiro Muroyama) with one, fatally shooting Komatsu during the process.

Mills Bomb

Stan Davidson (Alan David Lee) pulls the pin on a Mills Bomb to scare Junji Hayashi (Junichi Ishida) in the New Guinea mission. Hayashi manages to grab it during hand-to-hand combat with Stan, but Stan manages to throw it away from the both of them.
