The Fast and the Furious is a 2001 action film starring Vin Diesel as Dom Terreto, a street racer who may or may not be the head of a hijacking crew. Paul Walker co-stars as Brian O'Connor an up and coming street racer who has to make a decision on whether to expose Terreto's deeds. This is the first in the film franchise which includes 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast and Furious and Fast Five.
The following firearms were used in the film The Fast and the Furious:
WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD!
Micro Uzi
Johnny Tran (Rick Yune) and Lance Nguyen (Reggie Lee) use suppressed Micro Uzis when they pull over Brian and Dom, later using them to shoot up and cause Brian's car to explode. Lance later uses one during the climax, using it in the drive-by at Dom's house, and when being chased by Brian.
Beretta Inox
During the party at Dom's, Brian spots a Beretta 92FS Inox sitting on a table.
Smith & Wesson 4566
Sgt. Tanner's partner, Muse (Stanton Rutledge) carries a Smith & Wesson 4566 when "arresting" Brian. Lance Nguyen also uses one on Ted Gassner (Beau Holden) in the garage.
Mossberg 590 Mariner
Vince (Matt Schulze) holds a Mossberg 590 Mariner on Brian when they catch him outside the warehouse. Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) later holds it when confronting Brian on his driveway, but discards it when Jesse (Chad Lindberg) arrives at Dom's house.
snubnose revolver
Dom pulls out a snubnose revolver when inside Johnny Tran's garage.
Glock 17
FBI Agent Bilkins (Thom Barry) is seen with what appears to be a 2nd Generation Glock 17 in a holster, but is never seen using it.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Several LAPD SWAT officers, including Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker) use Heckler & Koch MP5A2s with flashlights and Navy Trigger Groups when they hit Johnny Tran's house.
Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine
An LAPD SWAT officer aims a custom Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine with full A2 stock while preparing for the raid on Johnny Tran. (Thanks to Gunmaster45 on IDing this one!)
It would however be impossible to shoot the rifle on the picture with any accuracy whatsoever due to the carry handle/rear sight being removed from the flat top upper and no replacement rear sight being added.
Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbine
An LAPD SWAT officer has a customized version of an Colt AR-15A2 Government Carbine. (More thanks to Gunmaster45)
unknown M1911A1 variant
An LAPD SWAT Officer is seen checking some kind of M1911A1 variant with a flashlight mounted on it. It is only seen from the top down, so it's difficult to determine what model it is.
Benelli M3 Super 90
Some of the LAPD SWAT Officers that hit Johnny Tran's house are seen with what appear to be Benelli M3 Super 90s.
Mossberg 500 AT
An LAPD officer (Chic Daniel) carries a Mossberg 500 AT when a group of officers arrest Lance at a restaurant.
Beretta 92FS
The LAPD officers, including Sgt. Tanner, carry Beretta 92FS pistols as their sidearms.
over-and-under shotgun
The trucker who fights off Dom's gang uses an over-and-under shotgun, quickly reloading as he fires at them.
Colt Commander
Brian O'Connor carries a Colt Commander as his sidearm during the climax, using it when chasing Johnny and Lance, and uses it to kill Johnny.
Cobray M11/9
Johnny Tran uses a Cobray M11/9 with a suppressor during the drive-by shooting at Dom's house and subsequent chase with Brian.
