The Philippines is actually pretty gun-friendly by East Asian standards. Sorry, I thought that the HK in HKPSC stood for Honk Kong, which is absolutely not gun-friendly. -[[User:Anonymous|Anonymous]]

Is practical competition shooting popular in East Asia? I wouldn't think countries that have such negative attitudes toward firearms would hold such competitions.
