What begins as an innocuous entry into a gun competition eventually steers Rick towards a path of fatal rivalry. With extensive training, Rick emerges as one of the finest shooters in town. Three years down the line, four members of a G4 unit have been murdered; the suspects clear out any possible evidence. A top CID officer, Miu, narrows the suspect list down to just Rick, whom he had met in the shooting arena on the final day of the gun competition three years before... Written by L.H. Joe Cheung Man Kwong who acts in the film is also the film's technical adviser. On the Special Features: Behind the Scenes of the DVD, he uses a Les Baer Custom 1911 to teach actors how to use a gun like a IPSC competitor and explains the modifications used on a racegun.

Since guns are illegal in Hong Kong, Rick (Leslie Cheung) converts his pistols into airsoft pistols. Hong Kong law states airsoft guns may not be fired with a muzzle energy above two joules of kinetic energy.
