The concept artist for the film, TyRuben Ellingson, refers to the weapon as "the Bone Jack;" during production it was also called "the Mudflap Gun" for the silhouette of Leta Laroe on the stock. M60E4 Machine Gun
At the beginning of the film, Jarko Grimwood (Paul Levesque) carries an M60E4 machine gun.
M4A1 Carbine
One of the vampires that awaken Dracula, aka "Drake" (Dominic Purcell) in the beginning of the film has a M4A1 carbine fitted with an M203 grenade launcher.
Heckler & Koch USP Match
Blade (Wesley Snipes) carries over his H&K USP Matchs from Blade II into Trinity.
Krieghoff Model L flare pistol
A new addition to Blade's (Wesley Snipes) arsenal is a WW2 Krieghoff Model L German Signal Pistol, modified with adapters to use 12 ga ammo, modified to fire silver stakes.
Beretta 92FS
In the beginning of the film, Blade (Wesley Snipes) kills a familiar armed with a Beretta 92FS. One of the police officers that fire at Blade and Nightstalkers as they escape the FBI headquarters also has a Beretta 92FS.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Two of the vampires that Blade (Wesley Snipes) kills in the beginning of the film are armed with H&K MP5Ks.
Remington 870
When the FBI raid Blade's (Wesley Snipes) hideout, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson) uses a customized Remington 870 fitted with a heat-shield, a side-saddle shell holder on the receiver in addition to a fabric shell holder on the stock, and a Surefire foregrip; When this gun runs out of ammo, he grabs a second Remington 870 with a high capacity magazine tube and uses that before he is injured.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The FBI agents that capture Blade (Wesley Snipes), and raid the hideout are armed with H&K MP5A3s fited with tactical flashlights in the foregrips.
Hannibal King's "Camera/Disc" guns
Hannibal King(Ryan Reynolds) carries a pair of fictional sidearms, it's most distinct feature being the ability to record video.
Smith & Wesson 610
Hannibal King's (Ryan Reynolds) sidearm is a modified Smith & Wesson Model 610. It is most notably seen when Blade (Wesley Snipes) uses it when he and the Nightstalkers escape the FBI headquarters.
This is designated "The BEEF EATER" by the weapons designer, TyRuben Ellingson.

Kimel Industries AP9
The vampires that try to capture Blade (Wesley Snipes) at the FBI Headquarter are armed with AP-9s, a gun built by AA Arms/Kimel Industries and is commonly confused with the Intratec TEC-9/DC-9s. Danica Talos (Parker Posey) also uses a satin nickel version of the AP-9 when she is shooting at Jessica Biel on the catwalk at the end of the film.
Winchester Model 1887

One of the police officers that fire at Blade and Nightstalkers as they escape the FBI headquarters has a Mossberg 590 with a heatshield.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Abigail Whistler (Jessica Biel) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 686, which she nicknames "Lucky7" due to it's 7-shot capacity as her sidearm (A 686 with a 7-shot capacity is designated a Smith & Wesson 686 Plus).
Jericho 941
Police Chief Martin Vreede(Mark Berry) carries a Jericho 941 as his service pistol, he never uses it however as he surrenders it.
Beretta Cougar
At the climax of the film Asher(Callum Keith Rennie) tries to shoot Blade with a Beretta Cougar.
