A SWAT vigilante sniper is seen using an M21 Sniper Rifle during the golf course scene.

Several soldiers are seen with M4A1 Carbines. An agent (Michael Rooker) carries one during the airport shoot out.

A dead cop during the final shootout at New York's city hall has a Beretta 92FS next to him.

Several SWAT vigilantes, including the antagonist, Jake McInroy (Robert Patrick), use Heckler & Koch HK94A3s with dual-magazines taped "jungle style" as noted by the lack of the 3 barrel lugs, a paddle magazine release, and a push pin lower reciever..
Norinco Type 567
A SWAT vigilante uses a Norinco Type 56.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by an NYPD officer working for the SWAT vigilantes.
Uzi
Gangsters, SWAT vigilantes, and some Mafia guards are seen with Uzis.
Beretta 85F
The SWAT vigilantes are seen with holstered Beretta 85Fs in nickel finish, which is quite dangerous to have in a stealth mission as nickel finishes are quite flashy and can reveal the user's position.
