Several SWATs vigilantes and F.B.I. units use Franchi SPAS-12.
M21 Sniper Rifle
A sniper is seen using an M21 Sniper Rifle during the golf course scene.
M4A1 Carbine
Several soldiers are seen with M4A1 Carbines. An agent (Michael Rooker) carries one during the airport shoot out.
Beretta 92FS
A dead cop during the final shootout at New York's city hall has a Beretta 92FS next to him.
Heckler & Koch HK94A3s
Several SWAT assassins, including the antagonist, Jake McInroy (Robert Patrick), use Heckler & Koch HK94A3s with dual-magazines taped "jungle style" as noted by the lack of the 3 barrel lugs, a paddle magazine release, and a push pin lower reciever..
AK-47
Several SWATs use AK-47s.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by an NYPD officer working for the SWAT assassins.
Uzi
Gangsters, SWAT assassins, and some Mafia guards are seen with Uzis.
Beretta 85F
The SWAT assassins are seen with holstered Beretta 85Fs in nickel finish, which is quite dangerous to have in a stealth mission as nickel finishes are quite flashy and can reveal the user's position.
