Heckler & Koch MP5K

Error creating thumbnail: File missing
Heckler & Koch MP5K - upon further checking this was an original SP89 pistol converted to full auto fire by a Class III armorer. Giveaways are the lack of a paddle magazine release.)
Error creating thumbnail: File missing
Heckler & Koch MP5K - version with SEF Plastic Trigger Pack - 9mm. This is a very well worn Motion picture weapon
Error creating thumbnail: File missing
Heckler & Koch MP5KN - updated with the Navy Trigger Group. When the PDW was released, they started transitioning to this lower trigger group. Invariably these trigger groups found their way onto stand alone MP5K guns. No. The Navy trigger group dates to 1985, the MP5K-PDW to 1991. The MP5K is available in the newer MP5KN, MP5KA4, and MP5KA5 configurations, which all have the ambidextrous trigger group; they didn't need to take them from the MP5K-PDW . . . Another 'well used' actual movie blank firing gun.

Heckler & Koch MP5KA4 (3 round burst added) with 15-round magazine - 9mm

Film

  • Gang member disguised as a hobo in S.W.A.T.
  • Gustav Graves' henchmen in Die Another Day (with and without silencers, including at least one with the foregrip removed exposing the barrel)

Television

Anime

Video Games

  • GoldenEye 007 (as the "D5K Deutsche", available with and without silencer)
  • 007: Nightfire (as the "Deutsche D9K", with 15-round magazine and removable silencer)

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW

Error creating thumbnail: File missing
MP5K-PDW - earliest model w/ std barrel and A2 style lower receiver. No. This is no MP5K-PDW -- it is an MP5K with the PDW-style folding stock added later, a simple accessory. The real MP5K-PDW, illustrated below, is distinctive in having the longer barrel and the newer trigger group.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing
MP5K-PDW with extended barrel (with 3 lugs & folding stock

The PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) was an upgrade to the MP5K, adding a synthetic folding stock to create a stable firing platform for more accurate fire. Later versions extended the barrel and put on three lugs to quick attach flash hiders or suppressors.
