The following weapons are used in the anime Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence:
Handguns
Jericho 942
Batou still carries his "Jericho 942" (a fictional Jericho 941 chambered for .50AE) from the first Ghost in the Shell film.
Smith & Wesson 5904
Batou uses a nickel-plated S&W 5904 in the grocery shooting when he thinks he is under attack.
Fictional Revolver
One Yakuza thug draws a revolver that is something of a combination of various revolver designs.
Stechkin APS
Batou takes a Stechkin APS from yakuza officer Wakabayashi after shooting down the two grenades he throws at him and Togusa.
Colt M1911
Several yakuza thugs uses Colt M1911s.
Beretta 92F
A yakuza thug uses a Colt M1911 and a Beretta 92F akimbo.
Ruger Super Blackhawk
One of the Yakuza thugs draws down on Batou with a Custom-ported Ruger SUper Blackhawk.
Wildey Magnum
One of the first Yakuza members to draw their gun uses a .475 Wildey Magnum.
Sig Sauer
A yakuza carries a SIG Sauer P228.
Submachine Guns
Mac-10
Two of the yakuza thugs use MAC-10s during Batou's attack.
Assault Rifles
Batou's Rifle
Batou uses IMI Galil ARM 7.62mm heavy assault rifle during the final fight. Again, some features are drawn incorrectly. Note the inclined forward magazine and a shroud above a foregrip is non-existent in the original rifle. The bipod, by some strange occurrence, seems to be attached to the wrong side of the barrel (next to the chamber, instead of the gas offtake). This is based on the 7.62mm Galil sniper or Galatz , which has the bipod next to the chamber.
FAMAS G-2
One Yakuza fires at Batou with a FAMAS G2
Shotguns
Seburo GONG
In the opening sequence of the film, Batou uses Seburo GONG with a heat shield added to the barrel to stop a homicidal and "suicidal" love doll. He also has the shotgun with him in the final scene.
Unidentifed Shotgun
One of the Yakuza thugs uses a pump-action shotgun. Not enough of the weapon is visible to make a positive ID.
Machine Guns
FN Minimi
Batou, to the dismay of Togusa, uses a FN Minimi to mow down a group of Yakuza thugs.
Other Weapons
Integral Cyborg ARMGUN
In the final fight with the dolls, Batou uses a double barrel gun hidden in his forearm.
Phalanx CIWS
A group of five Phalanx CIWS turrets can be seen firing at a mansion in Togusa's digital nightmare.
