Im not sure...but during the President's "Independance Day" Speech, wasnt there someone holding a AK-47?-User:SeanWolf

You can start using painkillers whenever you have pain. Some people stay on the same dose for months.
Sometimes pain can be made worse by social or work-related events that cause you stress – loss of a job. That's what i want to say here.
