Beretta 92FS Inox
Riley (Simon Baker) wields two Beretta 92FS Inox and utilizes them for the entire film.
Taurus PT92
It seems for the firing scenes a Stainless Taurus PT92 is used (noted by lack of slide mounted safetys.)
Uzi
Mike the newcomer(Shawn Roberts) carries an Uzi in the supply raid in the beginning of the film.
Mini Uzi
Several of the supply raiders are armed with Mini Uzis.
Winchester 1300
Several characters in the Film are armed with Winchester 1300s.
Steyr AUG
The Steyr AUG is first seen as the raiders are preparing for the supply run, however it's major role is when it's snatched off a speeding motorcycle raider as he speeds past by Big Daddy(Eugene Clark) who uses it for the rest of the film.
M16A1
The M16A1 is the standard issue rifle for soldiers in the green and blue soldiers.
M16 SP1 with A1 flash-hider
Several of the Soldiers at the green are armed with M16 SP1 with A1 flash-hider instead of the usual M16A1.
M16A2 (mocked up as M16A1)
Several of the Soldiers are actually armed with M16A2s with A1 Handguard in order to mock them up as M16A1s. However the A2 rear sight and brass deflector betray it's true identity.
MGC M16
The MGC M16 can be seen in place of the M16A1 in several scenes of the film.
M60D
M60Ds are mounted on on dead reckoning.

An M60 is mounted on the Woody, and on the guard tower at the supply tunnel entrance.

Charlie's primary weapon throughout the film is an M1 Carbine.

Charlie keeps a Single Action Army as his sidearm.

Foxy's (Tony Nappo) primary firearm is a Colt MK IV Series 70 .
Cholo's Speargun
Cholo DeMora's (John Leguizamo) Primary weapon is a speargun.

Mike kills himself with a zombie police officer's Colt Python after he is bitten by him.
Ruger SP101
Chihuahua(Phil Fondacaro) asks the bartender for his gun and tries to kill Riley with it.

Mouse's(Maxwell McCabe-Lokos) sidearm is a Beretta 92FS.
Heckler & Koch G36C
An Armorer at the green offers a Heckler & Koch G36C to Charlie but he declines. Slack then takes it and uses it for the duration of the film.

The "backup" sent by Mr.Kaufman (Dennis Hopper) are all armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5A3.
Smith & Wesson N-frame
Pretty Boy(Joanne Boland) keeps a Smith & Wesson N-frame as her sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P228
Cholo turns in his SIG-Sauer P228 over to security when he enters Fiddler's Green. It is later seen being used by Anchor(Tony Munch) to hold Riley.

A Browning M2HB is mounted on the Woody.
AR-15 carbine
Walther PPK
Mr. Kaufmann's (Dennis Hopper) personal firearm is a nickel plated Walther PPK.
Nongun
When Mr. Kaufmann shoots at Big Daddy he is using a nongun in the place of his Walther PPK.
