The following guns were used in the TV Show Bones:
Sig Sauer 1911
In season 4 episode 9 Brennan takes a Smith & Wesson SW1911PD Tactical Rail Series out of Booth's holster. It has a tactical rail on the frame nose. Booth uses a Sig Nitron Rail 1911 not a Smith. That is what is pictured, there are no front cocking serrations.
Remington 870
In the same episode, Booth uses a modified Remington 870 shotgun.
Glock 23
In season 4 episode 3 a Glock 23 is taken as evidence. It is said to be .40 caliber, which combined with its compact size, narrow it down as a G23.
Smith & Wesson Model 500
In Season 2 Episode 12, The Man in the Cell, Brennan begins carrying a 4" Smith & Wesson Model 500 that she claims to have bought at the mall. She and Booth both use the weapon in the final showdown with a murderer in Season 3 Episode 5, Mummy in the Maze.
Note: The bad guy (killer clown) said the gun fired five shots, yet Booth apparently fired six without reloading.
Bones fired twice, Booth then fired 3 additional shots. Total of 5 shots so no error.
Sawn-off Double barrel shotgun
In the episode Mummy in the Maze, the murderer dressed as a clown uses a sawn-off double barrel shotgun in his shootout with Booth.
Beretta U22 Neos
In Season 4 Episode 22, The Beaver in the Otter, a Beretta U22 Neos is a suspected murder weapon.
M203 grenade launcher
A police trainer shows recruits how to use a stand alone M203 grenade launcher, which he fires into a broken down trailer. A body then erupts from the explosion and the episode's case begins.
Taurus Model 66
Sheriff Leonard Wilkinson (Brian Howe) uses this revolver to hold a woman hostage, and shoot Bones in the arm.
Looks like a 686 to me. Frame looks less reflective than the cylinder as well. Could maybe be a 610 but I sincerely doubt it.--ConditionNone 02:30, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
- That revolver looks TINY! Look how small it looks in his hand, compared to his face and the woman's face and hands. It must be a .22 revolver. Also the front sight post looks out of scale for a 686. 75.36.151.143 11:21, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
- Could also be a UHC Airsoft Spring or Gas Powered revolver. They make a model very close to the S&W 686
Glock 17
Booth's sidearm for the majority of the show is a Glock 17.
Compact 1911 Variant
Seen in the season 5 opener, given to Booth by Sweets when Booth got reissued into the FBI.
Walther PPK
Seen in S5E2 used by a CIA field operative to kill a Russian diamond courier.
SIG-Sauer P226
Seen in the season 4 finale. Used by Detective Jared Booth in the season 4 finale. (Alternate Reality)
Not actually an alternate reality but Booth's dream when hes in a coma
SIG-Sauer P239
Detective Camille Saroyan uses one in the season 4 finale. (Alternate Reality)
Unknown Revolver
Wendell Bray (Michael Terry) uses this revolver in 4x25. (Alternate Reality)
Beretta 21 Bobcat
Used by a man to kill his dwarf brother in 5x7. Called a Ruger MkIII but is a Beretta 21.
Smith & Wesson model 637
In the pilot episode, Bones can be seen using a stainless, snubnosed revolver (bearing a strong resemblance to a Smith & Wesson Model 637) at an indoor shooting range and later to wound a suspect in the leg.
winchester model 1892
seen in season four in the Excalibur episode hanging on Boothe's mantle in his apartment
