The following weapons were used in the film Amistad:
Brown Bess Flintlock Musket
The Brown Bess Flintlock Musket is the main weapon seen throughout the film. It's used by the Amistad's captain when trying to repel the West Africans who escaped the hold. Royal Marines also are armed with muskets as they free the prisoners held at the Lomboko Slave Fortress.
Flintlock Pistol
The captain is also seen using a Flintlock Pistol when trying to put down the mutiny.
1853 Enfield
In the epilogue of the film, a Civil War battle is seen where both Union and Confederate soldiers use the Enfield Pattern 1853 rifle.
