The Crazies is a remake of the George A. Romero film made in 1973. The plot revolves around a small town that after becoming contaminated is quarantined by the military who plans to eliminate the towns folk.
Rossi Overland Double Barrel Shotgun
In the beginning of the film, Rory Hamill (Mike Hickman) walks onto the baseball field with a full length Rossi Overland double barrel shotgun.
Glock 30
Sheriff Dutten (Timothy Olyphant) apparently carries a Glock 30.
Glock 26
Deputy Russell Clank (Joe Anderson) finds a Glock 26 in the crashed SUV.
Smith & Wesson Model 27
Sheriff Dutten (Timothy Olyphant) retrieves a Smith & Wesson Model 27 with a 3.5" barrel from a lockbox in his desk. He loads it with .38 Special cartridges as seen on the headstamp. Dutten's back story is that his father was the former sheriff, making the Model 27 his duty revolver.
Ithaca Model 37 Shotgun
When the three hunters discover the dead plane pilot in the swamp one of them carries an Ithaca 37.

Colt M4A1
The Soldiers that are sent to 'Clean Up' the infection carry M4A1 Rifles usually with a 4x ACOG scope and flash-lights. At one point in the movie a soldier aims down the scope but a red flash is emitted like it was a laser sight.
Mossberg 930
What possibly could be a Mossberg 930 is used by one of the hunters in the swamp and later when they are seen killing Crazies in the deserted town center.
- Note: It may be a Marocchi A12 semiauto shotgun based on the shape of the forend.
Remington Model 700 BDL Bolt Action Rifle
Sheriff Dutten acquires a Remington Model 700 BDL from Scotty McGregor (Justin Miles) in the garage.
Remington 870
One of the hunters, Jesse (Brett Wagner) carries a Remington 870 in the swamp.

Jesse draws an unknown Smith & Wesson auto on Sheriff Dutten at the truck stop.
