Deal of the Century is a 1983 satire starring Chevy Chase as an arms dealer who finds himself employed by a defense contractor in order to convince a South American dictator to purchase an arms platform with questionable reliability.

The Heckler & Koch HK91 is a rifle that arms dealer Eddie Muntz (Chevy Chase) tries to sell to some South American rebels. The particular rifle he tries to sell has an attached scope and even a bottle opener!
M16A1
The rebels that come to deal with Eddie at the lake bed are armed with M16A1 rifles. Soldiers on the government helicopters that engage the rebels also use the M16A1.
M1911A1
A military officer pulls a M1911A1 when Muntz appears to threaten Gen. Cordosa (William Marquez).
Colt Detective Special
While in South America, Eddie encounters Harold DeVoto (Wallace Shawn), who threatens to commit suicide with a Colt Detective Special.
Smith & Wesson Model 60
Catherine DeVoto (Sigourney Weaver) is seen pulling a Smith & Wesson Model 60 on Eddie while in his apartment.
