Glock 26 is the sidearm of choice for Det. Megan Wheeler (Julianne Nicholson) and Detective Serena Stevens (Saffron Burrows).
Kahr K9
Det. Zach Nichols (Jeff Goldblum) carries a Kahr K9 as his sidearm.
Ruger P90
In the episode "Flipped", a Ruger P90 (identified as simply a ".45 Ruger" by Detective Logan) is the weapon used to kill rapper "Fulla T" (Fab 5 Freddy).
Jericho 941 "Baby Eagle"
Gordon "G-Man" Thomas (Bokeem Woodbine) threatens Detective Logan with a nickel Jericho 941 in the episode "Flipped".
CheyTac Long Range Rifle System
In season 6, episode 13 ("Albatross"), a sniper uses a CheyTac Intervention M200 to kill his target at a "mile and a half" range (a discussion thread on the episode).
