The following weapons were used in the film The Last King of Scotland:
Zastava M88
President Idi Amin (Forest Whitaker) carries a stainless Zastava M88 as his main sidearm. Dr. Nicholas Garrigan (James McAvoy) is seen grabbing it and putting a water buffalo out of its misery with it.
Heckler & Koch G3A3
The main rifle seen in the hands of the Ugandan army is the Heckler & Koch G3A3.
The rifle in the screencap is a G3A4
Sterling SMG
Most Ugandan soldiers are seen with Sterling SMG weapons, which some of them was threatening the main character with.
FN Hi-Power
Nicholas is seen firing an FN Hi-Power to start the swimming race between President Amin and his men.
Uzi
One of Amin's bodyguards is seen carrying a full size Uzi.
VZ-58
In a hangar after the attempted assassination of Idi Amin, one of Amin's soldiers is seen holding a VZ-58 which can be easily identified by the unique bolt which is much different from that of an AK-47 (though the two rifles are often confused by those unaware of the existence of the VZ-58).
The first photo is of a AK, the second one is a VZ-58
