The Suffering is a third-person shooter survival horror video game developed by Surreal Software in 2004. It was released for the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and PC. It's worth mentioning that the legendary Stan Winston designed the creatures for the game.
The following firearms appear in the game The Suffering:
S&W Model 27 style revolver
Known in the game simply as "Revolver", this firearm is the sidearm of the C.O.'s of Carnate Island. Can be dual-wielded.
