The following guns can be seen in the original version of King Kong:
Krag-Jørgensen Carbines
The Krag-Jørgensen Carbinescan seen in the hands of most of the crewman of the Venture, including Carl Denham (Robert Armstrong).
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Jack Driscoll (Bruce Cabot) and Captain Engelhorn (Frank Reicher) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 as their sidearm throughout the movie.
Lewis Gun
The Lewis gun is mounted on the gunner seat in the planes that pursue Kong.
Browning M1918 Aircraft
The Browning M1918 Aircraft machine gun is mounted on the planes that pursue Kong only that it's controlled by the pilot. These are Browning M1918 .30 cal aircraft as used in Hell's Angels. I will get more info on this rare weapon shortly. Phoenixent
