Smith & Wesson Model 10

The Smith & Wesson Model 10 was the standard service handgun of the NYPD for many years. It is used by most the characters in the movie, including Morgan (Danny Aiello), who uses the version with the light, tapered barrel.

Colt M1911

In a scene that takes place at the beginning of the movie,in the Police precinct, an officer is seen racking the slide of a semiauto pistol that he carries as a backup gun. It is never seen closely; it might be a M1911, a Hi-power...

Unidentified Revolver

At the end of the movie, we see a nickeled revolver, that seems to be a 2" "snubbie", in the hands of one of the bad guys. It has the exposed ejector rod like a Colt Detective Special, but the lines are different. Possibly a prop non-gun?
