The Astra Constable pistol, made in Spain by the defunct firm of Astra (Unceta) was available in calibers .22 LR, .32 ACP, and .380 ACP and is very similar in appearance to the Walther PP-series pistols. It appears in the following movies and TV series:

- Ray Liotta as Henry Hill in Goodfellas
- Robert De Niro as Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver (where it is supposed to be a Walther PPK)
