Black Mesa: Source is an upcoming video game utilizing the Source engine to re-create the original Half-Life. The creators have stated they hated Half life: Source, so they wanted to make it from scratch. No release date has been set but on the web-site it says we've got a when it's done approach. It is expected to have the same weapons from the original PC Half Life game and the weapons from the HD and the PS2 games.
WORK IN PROGRESS
Glock 17
The standard pistol returns from the PC version. It looks like Glock 17, however, ingame texture says it's Glock 19.
Colt Python
The Colt Python makes a comeback from the original. On the side it says 357. PYTHON. It has a zoom feature in both singleplayer and multiplayer, despite it has no visible scope installed.
H&K MP5A3
The MP5 returns without the M203 but with a GP-30 Grenade launcher without grip, a side folding stock similar to the one on an MP5K PDW, and an EOTech Holographic Sight similar to the one seen on the MP7 from Half-Life 2.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The HD and PS2 Replacement of the MP5 is no longer included in the game. It included M203 grenade launcher.
MK2 Hand Grenade
The standard HECU hand grenade returns.
