Colt New Service Revolver?
Marston is seen loading(unloading?) a revolver with a swing-out cylinder and an ejector rod. Could be any of a number of late 19th century Colt revolvers, or a Colt Police Positive.
Yes I think it is a New Service.
I don't think it's a new service, it looks like the colt new army and navy revolver
the colt new service was created in 1909, but the game takes place in 1908
The colt new service was actually first made in 1899, it was adopted by the US Armed Forces in 1909. In all honesty though this revolver could be either one. Sure! I wait the may 21th for the definitive answer
I change my answer to a Colt Police Positive. I saw it listed on an official list of features over on IGN boards. I think that would make most sense since that way the more powerful Peacemaker would still reign supreme as a more powerful handgun. It's the classic video game trade off. Faster firing but less powerful, as opposed to slower firing but more power. Still like the above poster said, we won't know until it's out but I, Cole Thorton, am calling it here and now that it will be a Police Positive.

Colt Buntline Revolver?
This picture popped up on many Red Dead Redemption fan-sites,this one is claiming the photo to be someone aiming a Buntline Revolver. However the graphics look to be choppy like maybe this is a PS2 game, but its hard to tell
This is a crop from an early screenshot of Red Dead Redemption.
Springfield Model 1892/Krag-Jørgensen Rifle
Luger P08?
I captured this from the 0:35 second mark of the new Multiplayer Modes video on IGN. I'm uncertain on if it could either be a Luger or just another angle of the Borchardt C-93.

- It's the Borchardt. Look at the back of the slide, Borchardt not Luger.--Pølaris 17:26, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
How about the one on the left?
Doubtful, the other footage of shooutouts shows all participants wielding the same handgun (i.e. the Volcanic). I think it's just a Borchardt with the receiver obscured by the wrist.
Unknown Revolver
I noticed a nickel finished revolver on one screencap, that could be the Schofield but looks somewhat different: [1] Any ideas?
It could be the Colt New Service swing out revolver with a nickel finish
