I was thinking, maybe this should be on the main page and not the discussion. It may look similar to the 500 or 590, but there are some big differences between the 88 and the 500/590. For, intance, the 88 has a traditional safety located between the pistol grip and trigger guard, instead of on the top. It also has a plain flat top on the receiver, with bo holes drilled in it for mounting a scope. Does anyone agree? --FirearmFanatic 13:22, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
Other
The image of the 'tactical' 500 reminds me of the shotgun my Uncle Roger had, (his was a extended tube 590, but had the same pistol grip and similar M4/XM177/CAR-15 collapsible stock.)
Speaking of which, no image available of a 590 Cruiser with the extended mag tube, or a standard 590 Cruiser? StanTheMan 19:58, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Crap
In trying to upload a picture of a Mossberg Cruiser with foregrip I accidentally cocked up what uploaded picture was which and unintentionally replaced a couple of pictures. I clicked upload before I noticed that filenames for those already existed. Is there any means of salvaging this? I'm really sorry. - Kooshmeister
- You just have to revert to the previous version of the image. I just did this. It's no big deal. -MT2008 14:39, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
