The Heckler & Koch HK416 rifle is used by Duke (Channing Tatum), Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) and their unit during the early part of the film, prior to joining the GI Joes.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Some of MARS's guards are armed with Heckler & Koch G36C rifles. A special forces soldier in the first action sequence is also armed with a G36C. A couple of the French police also carried them as well.
M4A1 Carbine
M4A1 carbines are used by Duke and Ripcord during a flashback sequence. Several soldiers also used the M4A1 during the convoy attack sequence.
M16A2
M16A2 rifles, including one are used by Army soldiers during a flashback sequence in East Africa. Instead of a heat shield, they just removed the lower half of the handguard when attaching the M203.
