Soldiers policing the Ferry disaster scene are armed with M16A2s.
M4A1
ATF SWAT agents raid Carrol Oerstadt's home in the 9th ward and later capture him are armed with M4A1s with EOtech sights and surefire foregrips. Marines guarding the Snow White device are also armed with M4A1s.

The M240B can be seen very briefly during the cleanup after the ferry bombing.
