The following weapons appear in the TV series Dexter:
Glock 17
Sgt. James Doakes (Erik King) carries a Glock 17 throughout the entire first season. He notably uses it to kill a Haitian war criminal, where it is subsequently referred to as a 9mm.
Lt. LaGuerta (Lauren Velez) is also seen carrying a Glock 17 in one episode.
Beretta 92FS
Sgt. Angel Batista (David Zayas) carries a Beretta 92FS as his service pistol on the show. It is notably seen when he is attacked by the Ice Truck Killer in the first season.
Sgt. Doakes also begins carrying the Beretta in the second season, although it is never explained what happened to his Glock 17.
Colt 1911
Seen in police station storage area when Dexter talks to his sister Deborah about their adolescent years regarding their Father.
SIG-Sauer P226
In an extremely rare case of the show's title character using a firearm to kill (he usually prefers knives, chainsaws, and other cutting tools), Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) uses a SIG-Sauer P226 to kill a drugdealer in the show's second season. This weapon was taken from the body of the drugdealer's friend, who was killed moments earlier, apparently by Dexter's bare hands.
This is incorrect. The gun which Dexter seizes from the drug runner in Season 2 is actually a H&K USP. It can be very clearly seen from its distinctive front profile when the protagonist shoots another drug runner while hiding from the bushes. The USP sports a flashy nickel or stainless slide and a flat black frame. This picture does not do this discussion justice. Unless there is a continuity issue, there is no P220 nor P226 in this episode.
Debra Morgan is also seen using the SIG P226 in the second seasons second episode 2x02
