Buntline Special
A nickel-plated Colt Buntline Special revolver is seen fired at R.K. Maron and being aimed on Eddie Valiant.
Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless
R.K. Maroon holds a gold-plated Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless on Eddie. Eddie later is seen holding it. Roger Rabbit (Charles Fleischer) is seen holding it on Judge Doom (Christopher Lloyd).
M1911A1
The cartoon version of the M1911A1 is used by Jessica Rabbit (Kathleen Turner) to fire at the person holding a gun on Eddie Valiant (Bob Hoskins).
M1928 Thompson
Also known as the "Tommy gun", the M1928 Thompson is held by one of the Weasels that come to Eddie's apartment.

Near the climax of the film, Eddie pulls a cartoon revolver out that was given to him as a gift by Yosemite Sam. It takes 6 bullets that turn out to be dum-dums".
