The following weapons were used in the video game Grand Theft Auto 3:

Colt M1911A1
The basic weapon in the game is the Colt M1911A1. It is carried by virtually everybody, including the Liberty City Police Department, and all members of organized crime in Liberty City.
IMI Micro Uzi
The IMI Micro Uzi is carried by the LCPD SWAT Teams, and by some thugs in the game. It is the only weapon that you can do drive-by shooting with.
Remington 870 Folding Stock
The shotgun in the game is a K-Kote Remington 870 Folding Stock. It has a slow rate of fire, but is very powerful at close range.
AK-47
The AK-47 appears in the game and is used by the FBI Agents, which is rather odd.
M16A1
The M16A1 appears in the game, and can be manually aimed. It has a custom 60-round magazine, and is carried by some thugs and by the Army Soldiers in the game that respond to 6-Star Wanted Levels.
Remington 700
The Remington 700 appears in the game, and is the only sniper rifle in the game.
M72 LAW
The M72 LAW is the rocket launcher in the game. Claude holds it backwards and uses the endcap as a grip. He uses one to shoot down Catalina's helicopter in the final mission in the game.
Flamethrower
A Flamethrower appears in the game, and can set anything flammable on fire.
