Glock 17
A Glock 17 pistol is retrieved in the warehouse. It is later used during the final shootout.
Imi Uzi
One of the kidnappers carries an Uzi submachinegun.
Beretta 92FS
Detectives Curtis (Chris Mulkey) and Anderson (Clayne Crawford) carry Beretta 92FS pistols.
M1911A1
Peter Stormare carries a 1911A1 pistol, possibly a Kimber. It later gives it to James Caviezel

The kidnappers carry this shotgun. Not sure what it is.
