Battlefield: Bad Company is sequel of "Battlefield: Bad Company" although there are no physical story-line relationship between two games. B:BC 2 uses newest game engine called "Frostbite Engine", and it enable players to destroy any subjects in the map(almost 90%, but it should be less than that percentage, since there would be nothing left if we can destroy almost everything). This game is scheduled to release in U.S during the first week of March(official release date is 3/2/10, but it might delayed in some reasons), and pre-order package comes with hidden weapons like M1928 Submachine Gun or M1911A1 Pistol.
