MAC-10
McQ (John Wayne) purchases a MAC-10 from the gunshop in the film.
Browning Hi-Power
McQ (John Wayne) also buys a Browning Hi-Power from the gunshop.
Colt Python
During the climactic car chase on the beach one of the gangsters chasing McQ (John Wayne) is using a Colt Python with a six inch barrel. It also appears that McQ (John Wayne) uses a six inch Python at the beginning of the movie and later a Python "snubbie" with a 2.5 inch barrel.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
After being suspended from the police department McQ (John Wayne) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 10 snubnose revolver.
Browning A-5 Shotgun
During the climactic car chase on the beach one of the corrupt cops chasing McQ (John Wayne) is using a Browning Auto-5 shotgun.
Winchester Model 1897 Shotgun
A large amount of confiscated narcotics is stolen from the Seattle police as it it is being shipped to an incinerator to be destroyed. McQ (John Wayne) attempts to stop the thieves and one of them open fire on McQ (John Wayne) with what appears to be a Winchester Model 1897 "Trench Gun".
