Pistols
Glock 26
CBI Agents Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) and Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) use these, though they occasionally are seen with Glock 19's.
Glock 19
CBI Agents Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) and Kimball Cho (Tim Kang) use these as their standard sidearm throughout the first half of season 1 before switching to SIG-Sauer P229's. Agents Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) and Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) switch between these, and their Glock 26's during season 1. Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) deciding to stick with her Glock 19 for season 2. Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) keeps one as her backup/off-duty weapon, notably using it to draw out the real killer in the episode "Red Badge".
SIG-Sauer P228
Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) and Kimball Cho (Tim Kang) switch to these during the second half of season 1.
SIG-Sauer P229
Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) and Kimball Cho (Tim Kang) switch to the P229 for season 2.
SIG-Sauer P226
The P226 is carried by a Sheriff's Deputy during a raid in the episode "Red Hair and Silver Tape".
Beretta 92FS
CBI Agent Sam Bosco (Terry Kinney) uses a Beretta 92FS as his primary weapon. Most notably seen during the events of "His Red Right Hand". Several bad guys, and other law enforcement officers use this weapon as well.
Smith & Wesson 5904
Used by Rebecca (Shauna Bloom) during the events of "His Red Right Hand".
Smith & Wesson Model 60
A Model 60 is the sidearm of Davis Police Department Detective Steve Preciado (Julian Acosta) in the episode "The Thin Red Line". The gun is said to be chambered in .38 Special.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
The Model 10 is the sidearm of Davis police officer Sam Blakely (Steve Braun) in Season 1 Episode "The Thin Red Line".
Smith & Wesson Model 36
A Model 36 is used by Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) to force a killer into confessing the poisoning of Alex Maxwell.
Walther PPK/S
The PPK/s is carried by one of the killers in "Red Hair and Silver Tape".
Walther P99
This weapon is carried by the copycat killer impersonating the killer Red John in "Pilot".
Beretta 84FS
A Beretta 84FS is used by Doyle Murphy (Michael Sidisin Jr.), incorrectly referred to as a Beretta 950 by Rigsby.

M4A1
Used by Police SWAT teams throughout the series.
Heckler & Koch HK416
A Heckler & Koch HK416 isseen used by the CBI SWAT team during "Red Brick and Ivory", and again in "Red John's Friends".
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Agents Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) and Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) are seen wielding these guns after the fatal attack on Sam Bosco (Terry Kinney) and his team.
Remington 870
In Season 1 finale, Sheriff 'Dumar' Hardy (Michael Mosley) uses a Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a Surefire weapon light in black synthetic furniture while searching Red John's alleged hideout. Later used by Jane (Simon Baker) to kill Sheriff Hardy.
Unknown Shotgun
Before being talked down by Deputy Marshal Exley (Fredric Lehne), Gina (Frankie Ingrassia) holds Lisbon, Cho, and Van Pelt at gun point with it.
