:It was more likely a Rheinmetall MG3, which is a similar weapon except in .308 NATO; the Ameli has a carry handle on top and the one in the movie didn't, so it's probably an MG3.

It was more likely a Rheinmetall MG3, which is a similar weapon except in .308 NATO; the Ameli has a carry handle on top and the one in the movie didn't, so it's probably an MG3.
