CBI Agent Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney), CBI Agent Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) use these, though they occaisionally are seen with Glock 19's.

CBI Agent Wayne Rigsby (Owain Yeoman) and CBI Agent Kimball Cho (Tim Kang) use these as their standard sidearm throughout the first half of season 1 before switching to SIG-Sauer P229's. And Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) and Grace Van Pelt (Amanda Righetti) frequently switch between these, and their Glock 26's. Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) notably uses hers during the episode titled "Red Badge".
