A Model 60 is the sidearm of Davis Police Department Detective Steve Preciado (Julian Acosta) in the episode "The Thin Red Line". The gun is said to be chambered in .38 Special.

The Model 10 is the sidearm of Davis police officer Sam Blakely (Steve Braun) in Season 1 Episode "The Thin Red Line".
Smith & Wesson Model 36
The Model 36 is used by Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) to force College Chancellor Stern into confessing the poisoning of Alex Maxwell.
Walther PPK/S
The PPK/s is carried by one of the killers in "Red Hair and Silver Tape".
Walther P99
This weapon is carried by the copycat killer impersonating the killer Red John in "Pilot".
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Agents Grace Van Pelt and Wayne Rigsby are seen wielding these guns after the fatal attack on Sam Bosco and his team.
Remington 870
In Season 1 finale, Sheriff 'Dumar' Hardy (Michael Mosley) uses a Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a Surefire weapon light in black synthetic furniture while searching the alleged hideout of Patrick Jane's (Simon Baker) nemesis, Red John. Hardy later points his shotgun at Jane, revealing that he is an associate of Red John's before being arrested by Agent Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney).
While in custody, Hardy later seizes a sheriff deputy's Beretta 92FS and is about to kill Agent Teresa Lisbon but Jane seizes Hardy's 870 shotgun from the evidence van and kills him with it.
