Valmet M78
One of the weapons used by Matrix during the assault on Arius' base, the Valmet M78 is a light machine gun similar in appearance to the RPK, the main difference being a different muzzle brake, front sight assembly, and other structural differences. Matrix's M78 also features a stock similar to that of the SVD Dragunov.
M202 FLASH
Another weapon used by Matrix during the final assault, the M202 FLASH is the 4-barreled rocket launcher first seen being used by Cindy (Rae Dawn Chong) to flip the police van carrying Matrix after he's arrested raiding a military surplus store for supplies.
Uzi
There are two versions of the Uzi seen in this film; the full-sized version used by Matrix (most notably when stealing the seaplane to reach Arius' compound), and a Micro Uzi used by Bennett (Vernon Wells) during the final showdown with Matrix.
Remington 870
There are several appearances of Remington 870 shotguns in the film, first by police officers who arrest Matrix when he raids a military surplus store, then by Matrix himself during the final raid on Arius' compound. The latter has a high-capacity magazine tube.
Steyr AUG
During the final raid on Arius' compound, Arius attempts to take out Matrix using a Steyr AUG bullpup rifle, but ultimately fails and ends up among Matrix's body count.
AKM
Throughout the movie, Some of Arius' men are seen using AKMs.

During the final showdown with Matrix, Bennet shoots him in the arm with an LAR Grizzly Win Mag, a variant of the M1911A1 pistol chambered in .45 Winchester Magnum with a barrel that protrudes past the end of the slide.
M18A1 Claymore
Just before starting the final battle, Matrix plants at least one M18A1 Claymore anti-personnel mine on the grounds of the complex, and triggers it remotely during the battle.
