The following weapons are used in the anime Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence:
Batou's shotgun
In the opening sequence of the film, Batou uses a semi-automatic shotgun to stop a homicidal and "suicidal" love doll. He also has the shotgun with him in the final scene. A fragment of the "major" batou's partner from the first film uploads into one of the androids on the ship to help him fight the others.
Batou's Rifle
Batou uses a heavy assault rifle with a oddly mounted bi-pod (near the magazine) during the final fight.
Integral Cyborg ARMGUN
In the final fight with the dolls, Batou uses a double barrel gun hidden in his forearm.
Batou's SAW
Batou, to the dismay of Togusa, uses this SAW to mow down a group of Yakuza thugs.
Deck mounted mini guns
5 mini guns fire at a mansion in Togusa's digital nightmare.
