SIG P226
- Domino's carry piece is a SIG P226.
Double Barreled Shotgun
- First seen in the hands of a Latino Gang member
Short Barreled Mossberg 500 Shotgun
- Seen used by a Chinese gang member during a take down.
Mossberg 500AT Riot version
- Handled by Ed Mosbey (Mickey Rourke) and given to Domino as her carry shotgun.
Remington 870 Riot version
- Ed Mosbey carries a Remington 870 with a flashlight mount and spare shell carrier.
SIG SG-552
- One of Cigliutti's henchmen leaves the elevator carrying what seems to be a SIG SG-552 with rails mounted and a foregrip. It might appear to be an MP5 but the magazine well would be visible if it were an MP5.
Colt M4 Carbine
- Used by one of Drake Bishop's bodyguards.
Heckler & Koch MP5
- Used by one of Drake Bishop's bodyguards.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
- Used by one of Cigliutti's henchmen.
SIG SG-551
- When coming out the elevator, a SIG SG-551 is visible behind a henchman's head.
Beretta 92FS
- First seen in the hands of a Hispanic Gang member during the first standoff.
Beretta M12 Submachine Gun
- Used by one of Cigliutti's henchmen during the assault on the Stratosphere penthouse.
Stainless Desert Eagle
- Used by Latino Gangleader against Domino. Because of the massive size against his large hands, it is assumed that it is the .50 AE. Edit: All Desert Eagles are the same size regardless of caliber. The only difference is the barrel, bolt assembly, and magazine.

This weapon is used by Choco (Édgar Ramírez) to shoot off a criminals arm.
