Jimmy Gator (Philip Baker Hall) tries to commit suicide with a stainless steel snubnosed Smith & Wesson Model 19.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
L.A.P.D. officers can be seen carrying Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolvers as their sidearms.
Winchester Model 1897
Officer Jim Kurring (John C. Reilly) takes to the car a dark wood Winchester M1897. This is not a modern LAPD shotgun.
